• Assist Executive Housekeeper in controlling and directing of the Housekeeping Department, supervising and organizing operations to the highest required standard in the cleanliness in guestrooms, public Areas and employee areas
• Co-ordinate and oversee all daily housekeeping functions

Responsibilities

• Representing the management in handling all guest enquiries, dealing with VIP guests, ensuring service excellence
• Acting as coordinator and providing instructions to staff members at different departmental levels to ensure prompt and adequate service
• Handling emergency cases in accordance with hotel group policies and procedures, such as ensuring the safety and security of all hotel guests and staff members
• Assisting the Director of Rooms in the management of the front office operations and ensuring the smooth running of reception and the guest service counter

 

Requirements
