Sino Hotels is looking for Operations Management Trainees candidates who are passionate about the hospitality industry and are committed to becoming high-caliber managers.  As a trainee, you will undergo a 12-month intensive and structured talent development program, with the goal of developing a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and eventually assuming a supervisory position.
 
During the 12-month training program, you will rotate through three different operations departments and receive cross-training at three sister properties.
