YUÈ - Chinese New Year Puddings (Promotion Period: From now until 1 February 2019

In addition to the classic festive selections of Supreme Turnip Pudding, Coconut Pudding, Water Chestnut Pudding, our chefs at Michelin-recommended Chinese restaurant YUÈ have also created new auspicious masterpiece, the Koi-shaped Coconut Pudding and the healthy Rare Sugar Sweet Coconut Pudding are also the ideal festive gifts for your family and friends, or business associates.

Grand Feast Spring Dinner (Promotion Period: 2 January to 3 March 2019)

Chinese New Year is the perfect time for family reunions and lavish festive feasts to farewell the old and welcome the new year. Three delectable Spring Dinner Menus have been designed by Michelin-recommended Chinese restaurant YUÈ featuring an array of dishes that signifying prosperity, perfect for your new year celebrations.

Yu Sheng Lo Hei (Promotion Period: 21 January to 17 February 2019)

Prosperity toss is a must-have salad during festive celebrations among Chinese living in Singapore and Malaysia. Gather everyone around the dining table to toss up good fortune, this auspicious cuisine is tailor-made by our award winning authentic Singaporean restaurant, Satay Inn.

Dragon & Lion Dance Performance (6 February & 9 February 2019, 2nd & 5th day of the Chinese New Year)

To bring our guests luck and prosperity, there will be a Lion Dance and “Cai Qing” performance at the hotel on the 2nd day of the Chinese New Year. The God of Fortune will also visit and distribute “gold coins” to spread wealth and wish guests a great year of success ahead! On the 5th day of the Chinese New Year, there will also be a Dragon and Lion Dance parade which will start their performance in Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel, then parade to Gold Coast Piazza followed by Gold Coast Yacht and Country Club and Residences, bringing luck to all parts of Gold Coast!
During these two days, there will also be “CNY Handicraft Performances” at the hotel lobby. Don’t miss the chance to celebrate the New Year with some Chinese New Year essentials like “Fai Chun” with auspicious blessings, Chinese legendary dough figurines, and traditional snacks like springfield pizza (candy and coconut wrap) and Bingtanghulu (candied haw on sticks).
