Job Title:Director of Food and Beverage
Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct all aspects of the daily operation of the Food and Beverage Department
  • Prepare the strategic marketing plan, Budget for the Food and Beverage Department in accordance with the Individual Business Unit concept
  • Achieve established monthly revenue and cost targets, implementing and promoting different Food & Beverage concepts and themes
  • Maintain established standards of sanitation throughout the food and beverage operations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of planning short and long range goals, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, costing control and departmental profit/loss analysis
  • Familiar with quality issues on HACCP and safety management systems
  • Good knowledge in Chinese style food operation, banquet and event management
  • Strong leadership skills with innovative and open mind-set
  • Possess good wine and beverages knowledge
  • Self-motivated and able to make sales and manage costs effectively
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese / Putonghua
