Job Responsibilities:
  • Representing the management in handling all guest enquiries, ensuring service excellence 
  • Assist the Clubhouse Manager in handling clubhouse operations and supervise front line team to ensure smooth operations 
  • Taking care of the club house event, promotional activities and staff management
  • Assist in Clubhouse administrative duties 
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education or above in related discipline 
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Hotel and / or Clubhouse Management 
  • Familiar with Clubhouse operations with experience in Housekeeping, Concierge or Food & Beverage operational experience
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability interact with guests, management and colleagues in a professional manner 
  • Willing to work shift schedule
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin with good PC techniques
