Job Title:Risk & Safety Manager
Job Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement Company Risk & Safety policy, procedures and guidelines
  • In charge of administration and operations of the Risk & Safety team
  • To conduct risk assessment, preventive measures and carry out investigation of hotel incidents
  • To lead the team and organize effective training to improve effectiveness
  • To maintain close relationship with Government bodies or hoteliers in exchanging information on crime prevention
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above with background in Police or other disciplinary work force is preferred
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in which 3 years in senior level
  • Intensive knowledge in security risk management, loss prevention and crime prevention
  • Solid knowledge and experience in asset protection, disciplined force management and emergency planning
  • Possess good communication and problem solving skills
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
  • Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit and First Aid Certification
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry and good computer knowledge is preferred
