Job Title:Assistant Banquet Services Manager
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operation of the Banquet team, taking care of the special events and outside catering functions
  • Provide training to staff and casual workers to lead a team to achieve total guests’ satisfaction
  • To ensure compliance with set service standards according to guidelines established by management
  • To work closely with all relevant departments to ensure all furniture and equipment is well prepared before/ after event functions
  • To conduct daily briefings/meetings for the purpose of updating the staff on special events and review on ad-hoc issues
  • Handling guests’ complaint professionally
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years related experience in similar position preferably in Hotel industry
  • Good knowledge in managing banqueting function
  • Self-motivated and responsible and willing to take up flexible work schedules
  • Excellent in customer relations and leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player approach
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
