Job Title:Administrative Officer
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for sales co-ordinations and responding to internal and external communications
  • Participates in all sales activities, working closely and jointly with senior Supervisors and Managers
  • Maintain and support the daily telephone calls as well as administrative assignments
Requirements:
  • High Diploma holder / Degree holder in Hospitality Management with at least 1 year experience in Sales or Reservation Department is preferably.
  • Good command of both English and Chinese preferably with knowledge of Mandarin proficient in computer operations including Opera, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
