Job Title:Assistant Front Desk Manager
Job Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and address their needs in polite and professional manner
  • Manage front desk associates to ensure excellent guest service
  • Take reservations and perform check-in and check-out services
  • Supervise and control the performance, attitude, appearance and conduct of all Front Desk associates
  • Plan and supervise shift schedules and duties for Front Desk associates
  • Ensure that staffs follow proper procedures for guest security, financial transactions, and dress codes
  • Perform other duties management deemed necessary
Requirements:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5 years operational experience with at least 1 year in supervisory role
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and  Putonghua
