Pursuant to Phase 1 of the amendments to the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance, which takes effect on 22 April 2024, hotels in Hong Kong are prohibited from providing guests with complimentary plastic-containing toiletries listed under the Ordinance. Guests are encouraged to bring their own toiletries to foster a plastic-free culture. Guests who need toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste and comb can purchase them at the Front Desk. We will replace these toiletries with non-plastic alternatives shortly.
